A BIT ABOUT ME...

Since the age of nine I have had a strong passion for creating and design. Throughout my school experience this only grew, my knowledge of the fashion industry has grown to what it is today.

Key areas of interest within the fashion industry include encouraging "sustainable" shopping habits within an industry which is inherently unsustainable.

UNIVERSITY OF MANCHESTER

Taking a Bsc in Fashion Marketing, and being part of the Fashion Business and Technology course at the Uni has allowed me to develop many new skills.

From garment technology projects, operations management and economics modules, product development tasks and marketing reports, I have been able to massively expand my knowledge on the industry.

SCARLETTIINDIA

SCARLETTIINDIA is a self-made brand focusing on sustainable fashion and timeless creations.

The brand uses dead stock fabric sourced from a local fabric shop in Manchester, this mitigates fabric waste through bringing new life to unneeded fabric.

REISS

Having completed a year in industry at the heritage fashion brand Reiss, I have learnt an array of new knowledge on the fashion industry, especially within the attainable luxury and luxury market (with the launch of Reiss' Atelier Range).

TRAVEL

I am lucky enough to have travelled widely across all areas of the globe. This has allowed me to appreciate the differences in cultures as well as connect with people who have lifestyle differences to myself. This broad knowledge of people, not just from the UK specifically London/ Manchester, allows me to consider other mindsets to a more in depth extent when decision making.
