UNIVERSITY WORK 

During my time at the University of Manchester I have completed numerous modules across all areas within the fashion sector; from garment technology to product development, management and marketing. This page will showcase work over the past 4 years at the University, all of  which focus on the key areas mentioned above. My specialist field was Marketing, however the work presented below across all sectors contain transferrable skills which have allowed me to develop high quality work.

GANNI REPORT FOR MARKET EXPANSION

This report explores the justification for why Ganni should extend its reach further by entering Switzerland in a physical capacity alongside its current online offering. 

The report contains the full marketing audit, including macro and micro environmental factors, the firm infrastructure, culture in the local community and how this may impact success of the brand. Followed by the strategy most likely to suit this expansion and tactics on how to successfully implement a plan.

FINAL YEAR

KICKERS CONSULTANCY REPORT

The aim of this consultancy report was to establish the key innovations within the fashion and wider technology industry, while identifying the drivers that should encourage the brand (Kickers) to adopt these innovations. 

In this report, key innovations within marketing and merchandising, specifically surrounding AI use for hyper-personalisation, and experience driven website features to capture new audiences building brand awareness.

REISS AW22 PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

This plan spans through the product development process from initial trend spotting and translation, to the range plan and rationale. 

For my chosen brand Reiss, the trend identified for AW22/23 on WGSN which most resonated was "Super Charged Simplicity". Corresponding to the timeless nature inherent to Reiss, I created a range consisting of product across all classification levels and spanning the pricing architecture that at the time most resonated to the businesses.

EDWIN BRAND MANAGEMENT
PROPOSAL AND MARKETING PLAN

Looking into Japanese selvedge denim brand Edwin, this report identifies an opportunity for a new line within the brand. At the time of the report, Edwin focusses mainly on menswear, however there was a clear opportunity to expand its selvedge denim range into the womenswear category. The report runs through expansion objectives, strategy and marketing communication tactics the brand should use to execute its goals.
